recovery
Recovery is going well thus far. I'm sore and I need to figure out a good way to sleep. I'm sipping and walking 3 laps around my living room/den/kitchen about once an hour. I also need to figure out a good way to keep my mother from aggravating me. lol.
Right now I'm having dinner. Mmmmmmm protein shakes. I do have a question about those. Any secrets to keeping them from being foamy after you add protein powder?
Many thanks to you all for the support and prayers. It means a lot! :)

Go in your room and lock your door... LOL as far as foamy protein shakes the only way I dont get them all bubbly is to mix them with a spoon and NOT in the blender... I know not as good but not all foamed out... just the thought of those shakes makes me want to toss it LOL great to hear from you Beck!!! keep up the great work!!

Hi Becky -
I don't have any more suggestions re: reducing the foamies, but I wanted to congratulate you on doing such a great job of walking, sipping, walking, sipping. It'll make all the difference. As Darcie said, maybe a door with a lock will help the other problem.

So glad you are doing well, shaker makes it foamy too. I am going to try just mixing a small amount in blender tomorrow to get the stuff mixed then adding it all together and stiring.
I have surgery on thurday hope I am doing as well as you are so soon afterward.
