hep - laryngitis (maybe from reflux) and upper sinus congestion

Ok gang - so three nights ago I had a reflux attack (at 4 am no less!)  and I think I may have some reflux laryngitis.  But I also have some congestion (high up in the nose/sinus)  -  no real cough, a little drainage.  Any ideas on treatment/meds?  I don't remember if Dr. Jon allows sudafed or not.  Any thoughts?  thanks!

Of course the best thing to do id call your doctor.......that said if i were me I would use saline nose spray 3-4 squirts in each nostril around 5-6 times a day. the saline is a natural decongestant. I know this sounds simple but it works lots of times without taking meds..as for the laryngitis maybe gargle with warm sal****er..but you may need call the doc to get a reflux med.........................that's my thoughts..~Mary~

Robin there's a horrible flu going around here that we're calling "the plague" - it starts off with throat issues and goes from there. One guy came into work one day sounding like Barry White and a few days later like a voice cracking teenager. From there it's been taking out one person at a time. I'm hiding out working from home til they're over it - I refuse to catch this crap cause people don't know when to take a sick day.
