Hey Jenn, The last time we met, you told me you were now taking regular vitamins (and swallowing them). What kind did you get?  I got Centrum.  I thought you said that you take 2 a day.  Why 2?  Did Dr K say to take 2 (seems like 2 children's vits would = 1 adult)?  Do you take them at the same time or split them up.  Seems like it would be too much to absorb at once. Thanks for the advice! BTW: I loved the dance photos!  You looked fantastic! Hope you are having a good week!
