Thanks so much for all of your support
!!! I was stuck at 31 lbs for 9 days and was feeling really low 
.. But now, Saturday was my one month and I have lost 40 lbs and 12 inches and one whole dress size
!!!!! I posted new pics on my site. Just wanted to say thanks to all of you wonderful gals!!! Ok Miss Becky and Miss Mare.... I know you will be fine you are in good hands 
Please just take your time and listen to your body!! Its a hard ride but so worth going on!!

CONGRATS!!!! Isn't it wonderful when the scale finally let's go! I love your photos and I'm so proud of you for taking them. I really think that you'll be happy that you did as you continue your journey. It really helped me to see where I had been AND where I'm going. Keep up the great work!

P.S. Are you going to the DukeWLS support group that's coming up later this month and do you think you might be able to make it to the Get Together we are going to have in Raleigh this coming Sat? I'd love to get to meet you in person.
