Congratulations on your 1 year out. You have done a fabulous job. I'm only 8 weeks out and I feel great. When you go see Dr. K tell him I said, Hi! also. My next appt is the 28th of Feb. He is the BEST! We need to get a group together and meet up sometime at Lake Norman.

Hi Reenie, Thank you I feel great too, I went yesterday to buy a couple pairs of pants and I cannot believe that I'm wearing size 4 OMG!!! never in my wildest dream I could have imagine that. Congratulations to you too, I'm so glad that you are doing great. Yes Dr. K is the BEST!!! love him and his staff. You have a wonderful idea of getting a group together and meet up sometime. That sounds like fun
