What Do You Eat For Lunch?????
Today I had a veggie burger (just the patty). It was pretty good. They can be microwaved. And for dessert......two tsps of diced pears in light syrup and 2 tbs of cottage cheese. Not so good, but it was ok. hahaha I love refried beans and cheese. I know they have a lot of fat.
I am ready for a good sandwich. Have you tried chili? I think I am going to start buying some of the lean cuisine dinners. They look pretty good. Wish I could help, but I am in a breakfast, lunch, and dinner rut. I am tired of everything.

I'm addicted to a seafood salad I came up with when I was trying to fit in my protein. I put imitation crab meat, garbonzo beans(chick peas), salad mix and a little green pepper in a food processor. Then dump it out and mix with a little bit of lite mayo and season it. I put it on a few low fat ritz crackers or just eat it with a fork! YUMMY!!
