"WOW "Moment

Thanks Elzabeth, It sure perked me up alot!!!  I e-mailed Jodi this morning. She will be calling me tommorrow to talk  since I don't see her til Feb.27th. That will help me out alot also. Thanks Suazanne, Everyone gives such great support. I was trying to get out to Wilimington before I went back to work, it didn't work out. My brother-n-law and  sister-n-law had a guest come for a week, the week we were planning on coming out. Oh, Well. I will let you know when we do.

I haven't been on much in the past few weeks and I have to say that I didn't recognize your avatar. I had to do a double-take when I saw the name. You look just fabulous! I hope that you feel at least half as good as you look.

That's OK Barb, I've been quite around here also. I feel alot better now. The past few weeks I've been down and trying to get a handle on this transformation that I'm going thru I feel alot better now.  Just like Elizabeth said in your previous post about the "Beck Book".  It's a must in everyones library. I went to Nora Patterson and I bought it also. It really puts everything in perspective for me. Again, thanks for your support and advise you give here on OH.

I know that this can be an arduous road and as you know I too struggle with getting a handle on the transformation. It's not just the work to actually lose the weight, I think that it's also re-evaluating so many of our perceptions about ourselves, our relationship with food, etc...
