"WOW "Moment

I went to the Drycleaners to have a Formal Suit cleaned and ,"John", that owns the business waited on me. He said, You look so familar, Yes, I work at the bank.  Wow, you have lost alot of weight, you look fantastic. Well, that sure made my day, yesterday. ( I needed that!) It just proves that people you don't see all the time can tell a big difference and others  don't see a change that you work with. Keep bring all the people I don't see.

Teeny Reeny! I have to make the next support group so I can see how fabulous you're doing. Congrats on your Wow :)

Hey Lexi, It would also  be great to see you.  The next support meeting will be Feb. 26th. Let's get together. That was my first" WOW "since I've been on this journey. It sure felt GOOOOD.

I know that made you feel wonderful.  It is good that others remind us of our accomplishments, b/c sometimes we are hard on ourselves.  I stare at myself in the mirror several times a day looking for some sign of change, but I just can't see it.  Those that haven't seen us can tell. 

I walked by a full  length mirror today at the dollar store. I stopped and walked backwards to take another look.  I didn't think it was my body. I hope I don't sound vain?

Hey Jenn, Thanks for the new avatar. I do look different. I might sent you another one that isn't blurry. I told George to take a close up, do they listen? Went to the GYN today. She couldn't believe what I looked like, she just kept on saying that my face looks so good. I hope my body is doing the same thing. She also asked what weight DR.K would like me to be at or my goal.  I told her and she said I should be lower than 120. I don't know about that. Dr. Gersin's wife goes to her and had a baby, she delivered it.

Don't you just LOVE hearing that? I tell you I sure do. :) I had my hair done this weekend-- cut/color and I've been wearing it straight so my coworkers have complimented me both days on how "good" I look... It's makes me feel AWESOME! Congrats on your WOW moment.

Yes I do. First time is magical, makes you feel so much better and keeps you motivated. Your new do looks great! Keep up the good work. Reenie
