YIPPEEEEEEEE---A big WOW today!

OK, from now on, no more "little" wows! WoWs are WoWs... I've had a stall for a spell and was stuck on 67 lbs., but weighed a few minutes ago before jumping in the shower and I hit a lost of SEVENTY POUNDS today!

I can hardly believe it! My BMI has come down from morbidly obese, to obese, and I'm closing in on plain old "overweight!" I need to see 209 to move from Obese to "Slightly Overweight" on the calculator at BariatricEdge. 209 HERE I COME!
