We are the same BMI!  :)  That's cool.  Go us!  I can't imagine that I would fit into a size 12 though.  I just got my first 16's a few weeks ago.  I do have quite a bit of extra skin around my mid-section, so I'm sure that doesn't help.  That's allright though, I know size 12's are in my future!

HA!  I did not notice that either.  LOL  And Deb is shooting for a much lower BMI than I am....  WOW...  I may need to adjust my goal.  Funny enough I carry weight well.  Nobody ever knew I weighed over 300 pounds before and would not guess that I still weigh in the 190s now.  I have been as small as 160, and that was too small for me.  I am shooting for somewhere between 170 - 180.  But.. like I said before I am happy now.  :) Thanks for your support!!

My final goal is subject to change.  Since I've never been at a healthy weight as an adult, I don't know what will be right for me.  That's just the number that I threw out at the beginning.  I may be perfectly happy at 150.  Time will tell!

You know... I just wanted to be under 200.  LOL  As long as my weight had a "1" at the front I said I would be happy.    I was over 300 for so long that 191 feels REALLY thin to me now.  I would like to get somewhere around 170ish to 180ish.   You are right though.. for those of us who have never been at a "normal" or "healthy" adult weight it is hard to set a realistic goal.  I have never been thin (except once when I starved myself as a teenager) so anything was better than where I was at before surgery.  I have decided to try and get to 180 and see how I like that.  If I feel that I can go smaller, I will.  I just don't want to look emaciated.

I'm with you Jennifer.  I guess we just need to pay attention as we get closer.  Bottom line...I want to be healthy.

Congratulations Jennifer!!  What an amazing accomplishment.  I still tend to want to go over the plus section whenever I am clothes shopping.  Some habits are hard to break I guess!

Do you know what BITES?  The Plus Sized clothes have gotten like WAY WAY WAY cuter since I lost weight.  I find myself still drifting over there too and thinking...  "Wow.. they need this in smaller sizes!!!"  LOL Life.  Go figure.

Woo Hoo Jennifer!  I just got to a size 14 and I had cold shivers go up and down my spine when I first put them own.  I can't imagine how you must have felt getting into a 12 for the first time.   Congratulations!!
