Thanks for the birthday wishes ladies!!! It felt good to get dressed up and "look good" at least in my eyes for that one night. I don't feel that way too often... maybe it was just b/c people told me I looked nice. HEHE I've finally come to peace with being 30-- I think. :)

Mindy: You look great and Happy 30th. For me 30 wasn't bad. 40 was tough for me though. The thing to think about is that you did this when you were almost 30 rather than older and it gives you more time to enjoy being healthy and happy without the burden of obesity! Great job. Just imagine where you will be at 31.......so much will happen in the next year. Lisa

Great pics Melinda!  You look beautiful!  It's nice having someone to straighten your hair, isn't it?  I have naturally curly hair too.  I can straighten it myself, but it takes so much effort, it's usually not worth it.   Anyway, looks like you had a great weekend (Happy belated B-day)!  I can't believe you even got a sugar-free cake!   You're doing great...keep up the good work!
