Message from Bobbie (MintonBug)

Good morning all! I got an email from our friend Bobbie this morning. She had her surgery on 12/28. Had an umbilical hernia repaired at the same time. Doctor thought the hernia would be hardest part of her healing but it turns out she got an infection in one of her incisions and had to have that tended to on 1/4. She is feeling pretty good now. Had her 2 week checkup on 1/10 and lost 16 lbs since surgery. (26 lbs total!)  WHOO HOO BOBBIE!!! She said to make sure I tell everyone here that she says hello. She will fill everyone in on the details when she's up to it, I guess. So let's send out a HOLLER to Ms. Bobbie. She's on her way! HOLLER!!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for the update. Please do tell Bobbie that we are thrilled to have her on the loser's bench with us .... she's got to scoot over soon for you too!

I'm glad to hear that all went well after they fixed everything... Praying for her a smooth recovery..and much success...

LOL  You saved me the trouble of posting this!  I had reached out to Bobbie shortly after her surgery and just heard back from her this morning.  What a relief to know she is ok!
