You know, it's one thing to be overweight, but to be TALL and overweight, it SUCKS.

So I am finally finding that my bathing suits don't fit, have nothing to do with being fat..   They are too short in the waste and they ride up my... err.. well, the thong is on the wrong side!!! if you get my meaning. (no the bathing suit is not a thong).

I have looked everwhere on the web and the only thing I find remotely close is something from Junonia that is an AquaTard - one piece.. OMG.. Yeah - cuz I'm gonna get THAT over my fat roll!!!! It's so frustrating!!  So what I really finding out is that while I LOVE to swim and would be the one exercise I could be consisent with (because I'm a water baby), I can't find a FREAKIN Bathing suit! Not to mention I still need a 32 or 34W.....  AAAARRRGGGHHHH /vent off  need to do that!

Anyone a seemstress know if a swimsuit can be made? I swear, I'm gonna find one if it kills me now.. litterally or figuratively.

There are lots of companies that make long torso bathing suits, I got one last year at Filene's when I was in CT.  It's actually a nice suit without being grandmotherly (fat people bathing suits always look like bad hotel wallpaper lol)

Lexi -  Size 6-8 and holding.

I'm sorry you're having such trouble!  How frustrating, especially since you love to swim, not to mention it's got to be one of the best things for you!  I hope one of the suggestions people have made work out for you.  If not, I'm sure a good seamstress could make one to fit your measurements!  Unfortunately, I'm no help there, but someone will be! Good luck, I'll be hoping the right thing shows up!

Please look at Lands End and LL Bean, I am not sure what the largest sizes are but they sell seperate pieces and you can mix and match.  I am not a big bathing suit person, and i hate anything that fits too tight.  I have a two piece tankini full coverage that i got from Kohl's.  What burns me up is how expesnive bathing suits are for such little product. Good Luck and let me know how you make out.  I have no booty so I have to buy different sizes to accomodate the lack of curves and shape.

I really appreciate everyone help! Unfortunately, I'd alraedy looked at those web sites. Most only have sides up to 24.  I need a 34W....  which makes it very very hard. While I've lost 93 lbs... I'm still 375 lbs.  I need a larger suit and NONE of those companies carries a suit that large WITH a long torso
