Pineapple Blast:

(Lean Mass Gain Fat Burning and off Season)

 

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 12 oz. water
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Blend. No NUT values for this one. Untill you can have fruit, use pineapple extract.
