The New Year is here and as usual, I'm going to make some resolutions ... I'm hoping to keep them.

I resolve to

walk or exercise at least 30 minutes a day

track whatever I put in my mouth

take my vitamins and suppliments daily

make a least one positive affirmation

If you have any new years resolutions, please share.

To remember to take all my Meds ((vitamins and all that good stuff))

1.  Make myself workout everyday, even if it is just a walk.   2.  Not give in to temptation.......I have to give up my mind set that I had......I have a problem with cheating on diets and saying " I will do better tomorrow", and tomorrow never comes. 3.  Make myself remember the vitamins. 4.  Learn to save money.

Along with the "usual" of staying on track with exercise, vitamins, etc., my primary resolution is regarding my business.

Last February when I had "the dream" (twice in same week) that led me to my desire to start designing outdoor kitchens/baths/living rooms, I was real "gung ho."  But then I got really slack, played all summer and then put all on the back burner in the fall for surgery/recovery.  But now that I'm feeling SO much better, I have a new outlook and lots more energy.  I began yesterday with my resolution to do "ONE THING A DAY" that will grow/promote my business.  I actually have several clients waiting for me to be "ready" to design them an outdoor kitchen and living room... waiting since last spring, and I should kick myself for getting so lax last year. I started an email to me yesterday, and each day, I will put the date and what I did that day and send it to me.  It will be waiting for me first thing each morning as a reminder.  Some days I may do more than one thing, and some days I may "borrow" from another day if I don't get "one thing" done on a day, but that is my resolution. If interested, here's my "starter" web page I put up last spring.  My new logo is almost done and once in place, we'll be creating a brand new web page! Living...Inside OUT! My other resolutions are: -To get better at remembering names (any hints?) -Send more cards to folks that are special to me... who need a "pick up," have lost a loved one, birthdays, or just "because." When I find I have a few extra minutes in Target or Walmart, I'll browse the cards and never fail to find a few that are just perfect for certain people. I know how much a simple card in the mail picks me up when I find it tucked in the pile of mail with bills, so I want to give others more special moments this year. Life is too short not to remind those we love that we do love 'em! It's fun reading what other's are resolving too!
