I made this and took it to a party.  It was very WLS friendly and everyone seemed to enjoy having a non-sweet item.  HAM ROLLUPS:  1 package of fat free cream cheese--bring to room temperature 1/4 c low fat or NF mayo 1/2 c chopped stuffed green olives--drained and finely chopped 1/4 c. green onions-finely chopped 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp Lawry's Season salt 1 package of baked ham slices Beat the cream cheese and mayo until it is fluffy.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients.   Slather the mixture over a slice of ham and roll long side to long side.  Roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.  Slice each roll into 5 equal slices and secure with a toothpick.   Delicious.

Sounds great! my version of it that I first tasted at my aunts house has Horseradish instead of Mayo and no onion. I LOVE ham rollups!!! you just got my mouth watering for some now LOL

Thanks for sharing,
