Adding a layout to home page

Can someone tell me how to add a layout to my homepage as well as how to add pictures. Thanks, Carmie

Hey Carmie, and welcome! I'll help you best as I can.  If you will look over to the left you'll see a tab that says "User Settings."  Click on that to add pictures (that you can grab from you computer or if they are online somewhere) and do other stuff like add a signature to your posts, ticker, etc. As for the other question about a layout to your homepage, I don't know about that, but I'm sure somebody will come along soon to help.  That might be in "MY OH" (see that tab up near the top of the page).
