SO WORTH IT!

I was just thinking about the 74 pounds that are gone.  If I didn't lose another pound it would have been so worth it.  I feel so much better.  I am told that I look and sound better.  I don't take 12 medications any more and I can move anyway anyhow that I want to.   The last 5 months have been magical.  I have made so many great friends through OH.  WOW what a fantastic year this has been.    Thanks everyone for being part of the magic!   

Congrats on all your success so far :-) Its great to people who celebrate what they have achieved so far instead of always focusing on how much farther they have to go! Every pound lost is a pound lost forever and thats something to always celebrate!

I have said the same thing.. If I did not loose down any lower than where I am now (which is a size 16) I would be happy.. It is nice to celebrate your success!  Congrats!!

I think it is absolutely wonderful that not only does the pounds come off...but we also get more confident.  Paula...congratulations on saying this out loud and confirming your own success.  You sure have done it...  and that is an awesome thing to accomplish.  Way to go and I wish you continued success.   Connie
