Prevpak

I have to take the Prevpak because I tested positive for H-Pylori. Have anyone had to do this and did it make you sick? I am not a pill taker and I have to take 8 pills a day for 14 days. If I did not need this for surgery I would dump this crap! Help!!!!!

I had to take it and I had no problems doing it. I hate taking pills also. But 14 days later I had to re-test. The test came back negitive an I am now waiting on insurance approval. I accepted It as just another step in the process.  

I had to take this stuff too...   I did have some reactions to it...  not pleasant ones either.... If you want details about it, email me.  It isn't fun, but you have to fini**** to kill off the bacteria in your stomach.  If you don't kill it off and you have the surgery it will be near about impossible to kill it later. 

I had to take it too.  It was very hard on my stomach for the first few days.  However, I also take Metformin which is hard on the stomach too.  But, it did get better and I finished it!
