My dogs and I went a little farther on our walk today and it was up hill can you belive that LOL I Used to avoid hills. I even feel better now I am walking I really feel like it helps so much with depression. I even walked all around target today and bought smaller army pants and some gloves with leather on the bottum so I can hold the leash tight when Arthur feels the need to go look at another dog or person.                                                Annie

Hi Annie -

You are doing such an incredible job taking care of yourself. I'm so impressed with your continued expansion of your exercise routine. I know that the dogs just love it, but I also know that it's going to write you in the book of slim for the rest of your life!

Congratulations on taking such great care of yourself and your sweet dogs.

Cagair, Guess what I found? I found that bathing suit. So I am not sure what size it is but I imagine it is maybe a 3x or 4x so if you can use it,it is yours. PM me to let me know and we can work out how we can meet to give it to you. I am really bad with getting around Raliegh but I know how to get to Target at South Point.                                             Annie

Yippee!  It does feel so good to be active... I'm right there with ya Annie.  Every day, I too, want to (and can) go just a little bit farther than the day before.  I'm sure Arthur is loving the exercise too!

Annie this is great news.  You really are doing a great job and you are such an inspiration to us all.  My dogs didn't know what to think when I took them for a walk.  They got tired before me!  LOL I really love that I feel better enough to WALK.  So Annie I totally know how you feel. Connie
