Kellog Protein Drink?
So I'm at the grocery store getting the necessities and I happen to notice something odd....
K2O
I'm thinking WHOA... then I look at the nutritional information and I'm like WOW. Granted it's a few more calories than crystal light or wyler's light, but all but 1g of the carbs is fiber and it has 5g of protein!
And it is the to-go packets that you add to your water bottle just like Crystal Light To-Go and such..
OH and Propel (one of the few flavored waters approved by my Dr) now comes in the To-GO packs as well. That is weird to me... adding flavored water to my water?

I'll have to give 'em another try. I tried them this past summer and didn't like 'em too much, but it's worth trying 'em again.
Thanks for the post.

Oh I really like these. I really like the fact that it give me 5g more of protein also!
It is really strange how the powder tastes so differnt from the bottles that are already made. The pre-filled bottles are only 16 oz, but the powder I use one packet in 20oz. They have a new flavor out now.. Mixed or Wild berry and it is great also.
I say YES to this product. I don't leave home without at least 3 packets in my purse.
