Where and what time is the meeting? I am out of work and would love to meet some of you if I can get a ride. I don't believe that they let you drive at 1 week?? do they?? Ramona

Its at Presby uptown Charlotte at 630pm - please bring a WLS friendly dish for our pot luck! I am going to make a reminder post with more information. You can drive as long as you are not on your pain meds... if you are - no driving! I never took pain meds and drove a few days after surgery :-)

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Yes, there will be a meeting at Presbyterian tomarrow (12-17-2007) at 6:30. It will be the Holiday celebration. People can bring a small dish(weight loss friendly) to help celebrate. Everyones welcome. Karla
