Hey!  Can we start a list of who is bringing what sort of food to tomorrow's "do" in Raleigh? Not sure what or if I can bring much of anything since we will be travelling some distance.  Any suggestions?

I'm sooooo delighted that you and Nancy are going to make the trip! It made my day!!!

I'm bringing my pumpkin cheesecake mouse .... almost as good as the pumpkin cheesecake from Cheesecake factory ... even if I do say so myself ;-)

I can't wait to give you a big hug!

Barb

P.S. I suggested to Nancy that you consider a shrimp ****tail ... it should travel well.

I'm doing grilled Sage & Pork balls. Figured it would be easy to eat.

I got 'cha covered! I've made this yummy Italian LF spread with a layer of FF cream cheese and LF mozzarella (seasoned with Italian dressing mix) and "toasted" pepperoni that will be topped with marinated sun-dried tomatoes and chopped roasted peppers garnished with crunchy pepperoni bits and chiffanode of fresh basil!  Served with celery stix and/or toasty crackers.  It was a throw-together for a party I went to last weekend and turned out to be a BIG hit, so I threw some more of it together again for tomorrow. And I'm headed in the kitchen now to make my filling for Asian Pork and Shrimp Lettuce Wraps... with toppings and sauces! I'm also brining some wraps since our little tummies are so small in case we need to make take home plates.  :) Just hop in your sleigh and drive safe!  We're glad you're coming so far, so don't worry about food... I'll bet there will be plenty.  I'm looking forward to meeting you too...
