Honey, so go ahead and eat! How much can you eat anyway? Rather than avoid the food demon, why not just choose something healthy and good tasting and EAT it! It doesn't have to be so black and white, I don't think. I don't know, replace the snickers bar with a legal hot chocolate or even a bite or two of extra dark chocolate. I think the deprivation mentality makes us crave the bad stuff even more. I have found that a bite or two of something that calls to me, takes so much of the attraction out of it. I just don't get the same "kick" out of that stuff as I used to. But I wouldn't know it unless I had a taste now and then.
