The music that gets MY legs move'n! Add yours too...

Since I mentioned this in another post, thought I'd throw it here and hope others will too. It will be fun to see what sorts of music everybody likes.  I don't imagine there's a more "assorted" (for lack of a better term) playlist than this.  I spent HOURS digging up these songs to load onto my iPod a year or so ago.  You'll see that most of them are a good walking beat.  There's a few slower ones (some fav songs) I use for warming up and cooling down. And with the Gospel songs, well, they took the longest because I wanted to find the most upbeat and FUN versions of the songs I wanted.  My sweet mama would laugh seeing Guy and Ralna from The Lawrence Welk Show on here.  It's an inherited thing because we've have little 3yo Wyatt "into" Lawrence on Saturday nights now and he's loved the show since he could stand up and dance.  Actually, he would rock in his bouncy seat when the music started before he could walk.  LOL Do tell what songs make YOUR legs and feet hit the pavement and mooooove... While not a gospel fan, you can sure tell that we are from the same generation... I'd say that I love and/or like about 90% of your "Play List" ... may brain's too tired to come up with one of my own right now.

Thanks for the smiles.

I was just digging back to find this post to copy and send my trainer at the Y.  I was telling her about my Sunday Walking Gospel list and she asked me to send that to her because she's always looking for new songs to play in her water aerobics classes and others too. Since we have some new folks since I posted this, I though I'd bump it it for those folks to see.   As you can see it's quite an "eclectic" mix of music... Would love to see what you others have on your song lists too.  I might see some songs I want to add to my iPod!!
