When cleaning out your car... even find an old McDonalds french fry? C'mon I know you have... notice that it looks just as good as the day you got it (well except for the car fuzz!)? Not moldy or smelly... looks like it just came out of the drive thru window. Then I think about the fact that I use to eat that stuff

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

LMAO Yeah, what's up with the whole "french fry immortality" phenomenon? (I know the petrified potato fossils of which you speak.) McDonald's should make a facial mask for us out of their deep fry fat! Aaaaahh yes! Our faces preserved perfectly for eternity...even if found under a car seat...

Maybe we can start a trend... write a book, hit the talk shows - stay young looking forever by rubbing mcdonals fries all over your body! We can open up a french fry bath house!!
