I am happy to report the soap in the bed worked!!!!! I had just one small leg jump last night and a small cramp in my foot but other than that I am hooked on it now. Annie

That's wondermous Annie! I hope it helps others too. There was actually a post on this same thing yesterday in the main forum, so I copied and posted there what I put here... it was weird timing for same topic to be in both places at same time by all different people. How about anybody else?
