I have been this way for 2 years. I try to eat low-fat crackers with nothing on them. And I like unsweet cold tea. My doctor told me to try to eat soup 6 times a day. Some with no meat. I hate meat. I only eat turkey. I am not a meat eater. Hope you get better. Eckards has protein bars that are kinda good. Apple bars. There is no sugar in them. I can't even do 1 gr. of sugar. None at all.
