Have ya got your tree up yet? I love Christmas trees. If you want to share some pictures of you and your tree I will be happy to look at them. I am so excited about Christmas. God has brought me so,so far from just a few months ago. It took something in my life real bad to happen over the weekend for me to see and relize what I do have and I need to be thankful and enjoy my kids and stop being sick. So put up some pics and lets start enjoying our Christmas a few weeks ahead......... love you all and thanks for dealing with me. God bless.......

Me and my 2 children that are ages 21 and 16. Is all the family I have. My family is all dead. I go over board on Christmas with my kids. I know how bad it is to go without family at Christmas. So I want the kids to have me and keep me around for as long as they will let me. I know one day they will have their own family so I gotta enjoy it now. Florida sounds good. I shop online at a store in flordia. They have real, real good stuff. Bellasflordia.com...........

Like Jennifer, I don't do a tree either since I am usually with family over the holidays.  But, I love having a live wreath on the door.  Cost is minimal and the mess is limited to the entry.  Mainly thought, it is just cool to come home to that lovely smell and greenery.  Really puts me in the Christmas mood.  I plan on picking one up this weekend.

This is the first year I ever had a fake tree. And a white tree. I am glad I got it. I love it. The white is so nice. I just miss the smell of the real tree. I can spray some pine I guess. Just not the same. I am single so it is hard for me to go out and get a tree and to try to put into a tree stand is the pits.....

I'm like you, I love Christmas. I've had my tree up since the Friday after Thanksgiving. We put it up and my 6 yr. old mostly decorated it herself. Mostly decorations that she made. I haven't taken any pictures of it though.                        Tiffany

We did ours in blue for the police that got killed this year in Charlotte. My heart goes out to them and I don't even know them or live in Charlotte. I am in Albemarle.

Thanks for remembering the guys and gals in blue.  My son-in-law is a police officer and we never know what might happen day to day.  As my grandson says to his Dad when he leaves in his uniform--Be Safe Daddy, Be Safe.  From the Rocky Mount NC FOP,  Thanks so very much and have a great holiday!

Mine is up.  I have decorated it in Carolina Panther's colors the last couple of years, and this year my 8 year old said he didn't want a "theme" so it's just got all kinds of colors on it.  He had decorated it himself, but there were no ornaments near the top because he couldn't reach!  You could tell how tall he was just from looking at the tree.  lol  I added some ornaments to the top for him.  He has his own smaller tree, too, that is a table top size tree with the fiberoptic type lights on it.  He loves that silly thing.  I'll see if I can post a festive pic to my profile ... you can't see much of my tree in the one I took last night, but you can see the lights in the background at least!

I have my tree up!  I put it up the Saturday after Thanksgiving without lights or ornaments on it because I have cats who have never been around a Christmas tree and I figured I'd let them get used to it.  They did great so I decorated it 2 days later... they're such good girls, they haven't messed with it at all! Now if I could just get them to stay off the counters and tables I'd be happy!!!  We're working on that!
