I'm home

I'm home, got home about lunch today.  I am doing pretty good, thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.  Just a little worried about getting all the water and protein in.  Also feeling a little tired.  Anyway, thanks again for the prayers.

Welcome To The Bench. Take things slow for a few days and dont push yourself. I has taken me awhile to build up to 64 ounces of fluid but I do miss it when I dont get it all in everyday. Protien will give you you energy back but take it easy.                                              Annie

Hi Suzy -

So glad you are home and well. Don't worry about getting in all the water and protien. Just keep sipping, walking, sipping, walking, napping, sipping, walking, sipping... You've got the idea. As long as you keep at it steadily you'll do fine. You probably won't get it all in at first. Remember that hydration is the first goal, quickly followed by protien. So sip, sip, sip, walk, sip, sip, sip, walk, sip, sip, sip, nap, sip, sip, sip ....

Welcome to this loser's bench!

Hi Suzy!  Welcome home and to the bench!

Remember to take as good care of yourself as you would of someone you love who is recuperating.  Let yourself rest as much as you want and sip, sip, sip.

Glad everything went well.  Just keep on sipping.   Don't foreget those naps.   We dusted off a spot for you on the bench.
