Aww sorry to hear hun *hugs* Im sure you didnt really gain 3lbs... could be anything really!! I go up and down 3-4lbs... I came back from Thanksgiving and the scale went up 4lbs and within a week it all dropped back off - I ate a little McDonalds breakfast (which was completely disgusting and tasted like nothing but salt) and I swear it bloated me like a tick on a dog.

Work on getting your nutrition in... I know its hard when you are not hungry but the more you eat the more you will lose, imagine that right? :-)

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Extended TT, lipo, fat injections - 11/2011

BA/BL/Arm Lift - 7/2014

Scar revision on arms - 3/2015

HALO laser on arms/neck 9/2016

Hi Dana -

I just gained 1.5 pounds overnight. I have that happen sometimes, but if a wait a few days it disappears and usually takes a friend or two with it. I think it's really normal for our bodies to fluxuate a little. That said, I know it's really un-nerving when it happens. Soooo, as Jennifer said, just keep with the program, be sure to get in plenty of protien, exercise and water. The scale will give up those lbs soon.

Take care,

Barb

I f you have been exercising you may be trading muscle weight for fat weight.  Muscle weighs more than fat.   Exercise will also kill your appetite.   Just do like the others said.  Stick to the program and don't weigh your self for a few days.    Hang in there.  You are going to be fine!!!

Funny, must be the weather...  had the same thing happen to me the other day and I told myself, "there is NO WAY you can be gaining weight with your caloric intake!!!  It's just your body doing its little adjustment thing and it will go away with at least another pound as well!"  And of course that is just what happened! When I slow down like that, I eat more protein and drink more water.  Seems to help.
