Since we are sharing "WoWs" today, I thought I'd share mine :)

I'm wearing one of my 3x shirts to work! I have been buying a few here at there at Ross b/c they are so cheap (the sweater set I have on today is Sag Harbour and I got it for $7.99). It really is a good feeling to get nice clothes that FIT for CHEAP!   Everyone at work keeps complimenting me on how nice I look today.  :) Overall, I'm doing well. Thursday will be two months and I'm 40 pounds down from surgery and 80 pounds gone total. I hope I can at least get 10 more off by Christmas. I took some new pictures this weekend and may take some more tonight since this shirt fits me better than the one this weekend (it was two sizes larger).   I'm doing OK with food so far-- I've found that I know pretty soon after eating something if it's going to cause "problems" or not. I got a couple things clogged last week and that was no fun, but I guess is inevitable sometimes. I know not to eat that anymore!   I saw my nutritionist on Friday and she said I was doing well and right on track. I feel like now I at least know a little more about "what" to eat...  Anyway, I thought I'd check in, say hey and share my news. I hope you are all doing well!

YAY MINDY!!  It feels so good to buy smaller (and much cheaper) clothes!  Keep up the great work! And I know what you mean about knowing almost immediately if you are going to have problems with a food.  I can tell after a bite or two if I can tolerate something or not.

Hey Mindy -

It sounds like you are doing wonderfully! Re: foods that don't agree with you. You may find that something that doesn't "agree" this week, may be okay in a few ... so you may want to put somethings on the "Back burner" so to speak and try them later.

Your weight loss is absolutely astounding. Keep up the good work.

Happy Clothes Hunting!

Barb

CONGRATULATIONS, MINDY!!!  You are doing great!  I agree with Barb about what disgusts you today may be very appealing in a month.  It's all "just for today."  Like my weight! Thanks for sharing.  Looking forward to those new pix.
