BIG DOUBLE WOW TODAY!

My first WOW moment came at the GAP outlet when my daughter dared me to try on a Large sized sweater and it fit.  We moved on to Banana Republic and I found a few more things in there that fit.  At 60% off sale I couldn't say no. 

Second WOW moment came when I got home and found a letter from my doctor praising my recent lab results--A1c was at all time low of 5.2%.  My triglyceride level was 192 down from 913.  My HDL cholesterol while still low at 28 but it was up 3 points and my LDL cholesterol was 37 which he said was"EXCELLENT".  My liver enzymes were normal after being wildly elevated in October.   My surgery would have been worth it even if I didn't lose a pound with these kind of labs but --I'm down 70 pounds TOO!

I am so delighted to hear of your fantastic news! While we all enjoy being able to shop in the "regular sizes", it's really the health benefits and improved quality of life that makes the surgery worth doing.
