Hello This is Donna's husband Jim. Donna had a successful surgery and is resting well. Dr. Roc said it went very well. She went in around 1:15 and surgery lasted a little over 2 hours. She is in her room very tired. The nurses say they will get her up and walking in a few hours. She thanks everyone very their support and will be back on line in a few days ..... God Bless

Jim, thank you so much for letting us know about her.......as you can see, we've been wondering. Rest assured she's in the BEST care (yes, I'm impartial) and am sure she will up and walking in no time! Thanks again, Nancy

Jim, Thanks for the update! I'm glad she did well and it sounds like the nurses are on top of things by getting her walking already. Let her know we're thinking about her!

I'm one of "those" nurses, and I wish we could take credit for it. We actually have very strict orders from Drs. Bauman and Pirrello about walking ... and there are no exceptions allowed. They are the best! I bet I'll see her doing laps in the halls tomorrow!

Hey Jim~ Thanks for the update on Donna. I am looking forward to seeing "less" of her at our support group meetings. I am glad to hear everything went well. Send her our love and I hope to see you guys in a couple of weeks!!
