Anyone had medicaid pay for surgery?

I am looking for anyone who had to have medicaid pay for their gastric bypass surgery.  I am one who is facing that problem and there are only a few things that it will cover. I am trying to find out if there are some other programs that may help with the cost of the rest.  I am a single mom of 3. My BMI is 53 and I am only 33 years old. They told me that I have to pay for 3 classes which will cost me $200.00 per class. And I am on a fixed income right now. But my health is getting worse. My doctor says I am on the verge or becoming diabetic. I am boarderline. I really need some advice or help?
