Pre-op

Went today for my pre-op appt. Everything went great and the dietitian was very helpful.Everything is a go!!!! CMC-Mercy called I'm set to see the anesthesiogist next Tuesday.  I will have a EKG done then. I start my liquid diet Monday,the two weeks will fly by. Hope everyone has a nice Thanksgiving. We all have alot to be Thankful for. Reenie  

Your date will be here before you know it!   I have felt like November would never get here - now it will be my surgery date in the blink of an eye!  Yours will be she same and then we will both be on the loser's bench!  Mary

Thanks Mary, It seemed so long ago when I started this journey now it almost here. I'll be thinking of you next week, you will do just fine. Keep us posted. Reenie

Congratulations on the pre-op items.  Once you start that appointment...you do have the reality that it will be here before you know it.  I agree with everyone also that you will blink and it will be here.  So, enjoy these weeks fully and just know how exciting it will be 'NEXT" year!  I will make room for ya when I see ya walking to the losers bench...   Happy Thanksgiving! I am just a few days behind you on the 13th. I hope it all goes smoothly for you. I am sure you must be having the same emotions like I have.  I have all these thoughts going through my head. I am a rural mail carrier and I should put an appolgy in all my customers boxes for miss-deliveries. I can't focus.
