P.S. It was so nice to meet you this past weekend. I'm sorry that we didn't get more getting to know you time together. I hope that we'll be able to catch up some in December ... We seem to have so mu*****ommon.

 

Oh we will Barb... Being the "newbie" and sitting in the middle of the table, I was trying to listen to everything going on in conversations on both sides of me and across the table so I didn't really get to hone in fully with anybody!   I'm looking forward to December and since we're so close, we can get together other times too.

Congratulations Barbara!   I know how your friend felt.  I have been so busy trying to get approved for my surgery and trying to stay healthy so that I can have my surgery that I haven't had time to keep up with everyone the last few months like I would have liked to.  When I looked at the board a few weeks ago, I didn't recognize anyone.  You all have changed so much, you look so Great!   It's amazing how much you change in just a months time.   But the most wonderful thing of all, even though everyone is changing their appearance and becoming healthier,you are remaining the same caring ,compassionate, fun loving, humorous, wonderful people that you have always been.   Hugs, Bobbie

I have to agree that is sure is up there. It's one of those moments I hope to savor. I wish I had a camera to capture the look on his face ... it was priceless. Of course, his wife was delighted and effusive, but the look on Art's face ... OMG.

Barbara...I too haven't been able to respond to everyone that I want and feel the need to..but you missy are just doing a great job and continue to change all the time.  This "moment" couldn't have happened to a better person.

I know you were happy about it....  and I'm sure it will happen again.  You are doing fantastic!  You really are a great inspiration.
