I'm APPROVED!

I can not believe it!  I called my insurance today and I'm approved!  My surgery date is Dec. 28.  I am still stunned.  For so many months I have been going through all the actions and waiting and hoping and praying and wishing.  Thinking could this really happen for me.  Now it is me!  I am so excited, nervous, scared.  I want to shout it from the roof tops.  Thank you all for your support.  And for your continued support!   Hugs, Bobbie

That is soooo great!!  I just got my approval on Tues!! The surgery clinic must get the letter from the insurance co before they will set up my surgery date, but they said they will try to get me in before the holidays!!  Hopefully, they will get it tomorrow!!  You're gonna do great!!!  I'm so happy for you! Thank you and Congratulations to you!  Let me know when you get your surgery date.  It's an amazing feeling when you know you've been approved after all the tests and waiting isn't it?  I actually had an original date of Dec. 21 but I have to have an abdominal hernia repair along with the WLS and I was afraid that I might still be in the hospital by Christmas or still feel really bad.  I have 3 children and I didn't want to ruin Christmas for the children.  I also want to travel home at Christmas which is about 350 miles away in Western NC.  So I was glad my surgeon could move my surgery to Dec. 28th.  I have to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks before surgery so No Christmas feast. I have to be on a liquid diet too!  Who is your surgeon???  My surgeon is Dr. Cook at frye medical center.  I have to travel to Jersey for Christmas, so we will see what God works out for me!  Have a great day! Andrea

New Year's resolutions have become a joke for me because I never was able to keep them. Wow, I actually Kept 2 New Year's Resolution's this Year! I really gave up Moutian Dew! Actually I don't drink anything bu****er now ( of course the water is flavored with Crystal light or something sugar free) So I kept that Resolution in a Big Way that even I didn't know I would! And I actually lost weight and kept it off!!!! But Not like this coming Year!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited. Have you seen the preview for that new Disney movie " Enchanted" where the Real world and Fantasy world collide, I feel like I'm getting ready to actually go into my " Fantasy World".
