Jennifer:      Thank you so much for the positive post. I, too, have been guilty of comparing my loss to others...or even myself. About 10 years ago, I lost 85 pounds in x amount of time. Will I loose it this time, yada, yada. The self doubt runs through my head...what am I not doing right, etc. etc. It takes a great deal of time and work to erase years of self doubt and slef hate and I totally agree that it is not a race. I have to remind myself daily not to compare or listen to people who tell me I am not losing as fast as others who had surgery (at work). I am quite thankful that this time the 85 pounds and it's 20 extra that found me will not find me again. I intend to commit to staying active and healthy and never being morbidly obese again. Thanks for the reassurance and support! Lisa

Congratulations Jennifer.. Thank you so much for those encouraging words. I needed that. I am down 92 pounds and I'm STUCK. I do get discouraged, but I keep telling myself it will come off.  Your right, each and every pound is GONE FOREVER!!! I needed that. YOu look great. See you Monday night..

Jennifer- I am so proud and inspired by your journey. I agree its not a race- its about your body/your nutrirtion and a healthy wt loss....it is a comfort to know that each lb lost is gone forever. I have enjoyed your triumphs and you are so knowledgeable and inspiring. Savoy your new found body/health and fitness. WELL DONE!!!! Sheila
