OT - Please keep my daughter in your prayers

As some you know, my 13 year old daughter Sarah, is schedule to have the second in a series of reconstructive surgeries done today to correct a birth defect that effects her knees. Of course, as Mom, I'm praying for God to watch over her and her surgeon. I am hoping for an uneventful surgery and gentle recovery.

Please keep her in thought and prayer today.

You got it Barbara!  I KNOW the power of group prayer works because I could feel it the morning of my WLS surgery.  I pray for you too, as a mother and caregiver, to give you comfort while you sit and wait...  {{{hugs}}}

She came through with flying colors. A little problem with pain management for a few hours, but that seems to be generally under control now.

Gosh, Barb. I can understand your concern and prayers are being sent up as we speak. I, too, had MANY reconstructive surgeries on my left ankle and tibia on both legs from the time I was 3 months to 12 years old. Not easy, but so worth it in the long run. I'll be praying for a safe procedure and a speedy recovery for your little girl. xoxo Mare
