Had my coumidian levels checked yesterday and finally after many weeks of adjusting my dosage and having weekly levels taken they are where they want them to be. Monday I go see my surgeon and we will discuss what to do with the filter. Also going to weigh that day OH MY the dreaded Scales. Now that my coumidian is where they want it I am wondering if that is not making me tired. Other than that I am doing good. I have gotten back on schedule with going to Curves and going twice around and feeling good about it. Yesterday I had a simple wow moment. Lee was in hurry to get to the store and did not have time to get the trash out So I got up got my shower got dressed gathered all the trash and got it to the end of the driveway. Something that simple makes me remember how hard that would have been before my surgery. On Monday I plan to walk into my doctors office without my cane.                                                    Annie

Good Morning Annie!  That's great you got back to Curves........I used to go till I joined the gym 'cause DH wanted to go too, (only to drop after a month), sheesh..... anyway, hope you get that filter out soon, congrats on your levels, possible that's what's making you tired, I don't know that much about it.  Isn't it funny how you don't realive a mini goal can exist untill you can do it?  Just tell Lee that's it not a permanent change!!!!!!!!  I'd say within another 6 months, at the rate your'e going- you're going to be dancing into that doctor office!  You go girl!  and stay warm today, brrrrrrrrrrrrr.  It's so cold here, I bet the squirrels are freezing their "nuts' off!  heheheeeee- made ya' laugh! Actually Nancy, Lee told me last night he was happy to see I could get the trash out LOL I said what does this mean and he said he was very proud of me. As for my furry friends the squirrels I enjoyed seeing about five of them playing in my back yard yesterday it was a good sight for me to see them. I plan on going to a local vet this week and making contact with a lady who works there and she does wildlife rescue. I am so intrested in getting my rehabbers certificate and becoming a foster squirrel mom.                                        Annie

Hi Annie! That is wonderful news!  I don't know how you can manage to wait so long between weigh-ins.  I would go crazy!  I am the one who gets on the scale AT LEAST twice a day and then I complain that I am not losing "fast enough."  I admire your willpower.  I think you are going to be absolutely STUNNED when you see how much you have lost since your last weigh-in! Keep up the great work, Sweetie!  You are such an inspiration to me in so many ways!

Suzanne, I have passed by many scales and for just a fleeting moment thouht about getting on them but I will not allow myself to do it. After I weigh on Monday I plan to have my measurments taken at Curves on Tuesday I think I feel more exited when I hear big numbers.                                                      Annie

Hey Annie -

It's great to hear that you are doing so well. I'll bet you'll be surprised at your progress on the scale and with the measuring tape.

Congratulations on your Wow moment ... just don't Lee think it's a new "chore" for you. LOL

I'm sure that your NP will be delighted when you stroll in Monday, sans cane.

Warm regards,

Barb
