My pant size, not my age...

I am in XL tops, but had been 20s for some time. Today I went to Old Navy and just for kicks tried on 20s and 18s. The 18s fit!!!! Wooo Hooo!

Doesn't it feel great to get into pants from the "normal" size store?! You are doing such a great job with this tool.

You may not be 18, but at this rate you just might look like it.

Congratulations on what I consider a major milestone moment ... being able to shop in the Misses department.

Thanks Barb! I try not to post too much about myself all in the same week, but I couldn't help it. You're right, being able to shop in the Misses Department was one of my major goals! Fact is, I really need Petites on the bottom. I'm 5'5" but I"m long waisted, so I need short bottoms. I know that Belk has 18P so I'm looking forward to the next time that I've got some extra money! Thanks Suzanne. My husband said that I am prettier now than I've ever been. When we started dating, I was 16 and a size 12. So I guess that size doesn't entirely matter, huh? I think though, that I'm more confident now than I've ever been, that comes through in the way I look. This surgery has been such a blessing from God. Take care. Ellen

You're doing great girl! Doesn't it feel wonderful knowing you can go into any store and pick up clothes your size? I know it's gotta feel good it does to me!!! Keep up the terrific work girl! Watch out 16s/14s/12s!!!!!

Thanks Sheryl! Yes, it feels fantastic! For a long time, my top half responded really well to the surgery, but the bottom half was pretty stagnant. I was thinking that I wasn't going to shrink any more on it until I had plastics. I know, we think crazy thoughts! I'm so happy/relieved that it's finally responding again. Take care. Ellen
