Does anyone have that morning yuk feeling after a protien drink? Seems every morning I go through this but it does pass thank goodness but when it is going on it is pretty rough. Other than that I cleaned out two dressers yesterday and am on my way to Curves this morning and the PTA thrift shop. I have 4 bags of clothes I am taking and am very happy to pass along my clothes I can not wear any more. I still have my closet to go through. I did come across my favorite T shirt which I could not part with it says "Dances With Squirrels" on it.                                                          Annie

I don't have morning sickness, you sure it's the protein drink??? As far as the clothes, congratulations!  I do hope you saved a pair of your biggest pants though.  Sometime in the next year or so, you're going to want to take a picture of you and Lee, each in one leg.  I have saved a pair for that purpose too!  I never want to forget either.... I wish i knew where to get a Dances with Squirrels t-shirt. Take care. Ellen

Own it all, it's yours!

Good Morning Annie -

I don't have the morning sickness issue. I'm glad that yours passes with time and I'll bet over the next few weeks or months it will get better.

Why don't you talk with Diane about that "Dance with Squirrels" T-Shirt, I'll bet she would know how to make a lovely pillow out of it. Be sure to save at least one outfit of your big stuff so that you can get a photo of your skinny self in or in front of the before clothes. You'll really see the changes then.

Enjoy the PTA Thrift shop. The next time you are going to go, give me a hollar ... I'm almost always up for a shopping trip to the local thrift or GW.

Love you bunches,

Barb

I am sick every morning after I take my protein.  And I would make you a lovely pillow if you wish, just tell me what size you would like.  BTW my church quilt is coming along nicely and it is my best work yet.   It will go out for raffle in January! Love, Diane

Annie,

I'm so glad you asked that question!  I have that same thing.  Actually, I feel kind of ill for the first hour after waking up, but it's manageable.  I usually have my first protein drink within that hour, and that makes me feel worse for about a half hour or so.  But once it's gone, I'm fine.  It was scary at first, but now I know to expect it, and just wait for the feeling to go away.

Congrats about the clothes!  I love the idea of making your favorite T-shirt into a pillow!

I had the same problem with the morning portein drinks YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is a sickley feeling.  I found if I drank some water first thing it did help, and once I could have cottage cheese I would take a couple bites of it first , that really helped coat the pouch.

Just remember This to shall pass-----

have a great day
