That morning sicky feeling

Good Morning Annie -
I don't have the morning sickness issue. I'm glad that yours passes with time and I'll bet over the next few weeks or months it will get better.
Why don't you talk with Diane about that "Dance with Squirrels" T-Shirt, I'll bet she would know how to make a lovely pillow out of it. Be sure to save at least one outfit of your big stuff so that you can get a photo of your skinny self in or in front of the before clothes. You'll really see the changes then.
Enjoy the PTA Thrift shop. The next time you are going to go, give me a hollar ... I'm almost always up for a shopping trip to the local thrift or GW.
Love you bunches,
Barb

Annie,
I'm so glad you asked that question! I have that same thing. Actually, I feel kind of ill for the first hour after waking up, but it's manageable. I usually have my first protein drink within that hour, and that makes me feel worse for about a half hour or so. But once it's gone, I'm fine. It was scary at first, but now I know to expect it, and just wait for the feeling to go away.
Congrats about the clothes! I love the idea of making your favorite T-shirt into a pillow!
I had the same problem with the morning portein drinks YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is a sickley feeling. I found if I drank some water first thing it did help, and once I could have cottage cheese I would take a couple bites of it first , that really helped coat the pouch.
Just remember This to shall pass-----
have a great day
