I am looking for a place to rent

Figured I would post here in case anybody knows of anything or can refer me somewhere for some help... I currently live in South Charlotte and am looking to move closer uptown so I dont have such a horrendous drive to work. I have been looking in the Dilworth/NoDa/Cherry areas and havent had too much luck so far. I am looking to get out of big apartment complexs and want to rent from a private owner or live in a smaller apartment building. I am looking for condo/apt/townhouse/duplex/house in the 550-650 range, can do a little higher but no more than 700, 675 would be ideal thou. So if you know anything let me know! Thanks

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Jennifer,

I have a friend that has a condo for rent. It's near the Rivergate area which is maybe a mile beyond Carowinds Blvd. I know that's not in town but just wanted to mention it. She's been trying to sell it but is willing to rent it with a lease or do the rent to buy thing. I've got some info if you are interested. I'm emailing her now to see if she has a price range in mind.
