OT: Strange Sensation
Good Friday morning to you all.
Gotta share something with you guys. I have already searched the sleeping disorder websites and found zero, zip, nada. It doesn't have the symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome, but it is weird.
I usually have a pretty good night's sleep. I get up with my honey at 4:00 while he gets ready for work. We spend an hour or so together while he has coffee and watches the news. (I do not have coffee with him, so that wouldn't be the cause.)
I usually go back to bed for a little more sleep after he leaves. The past few days I get this sort of vibrating thing going on when I try to sleep. My WHOLE body. That's the only word I can use to describe it 'cuz it's not like shaking. My entire body literally vibrates!! I had a spell of this about 2 years ago also. Doctor looked at me like I was crazy. (Well, I am a little, but...)
Anybody here know what I'm talking about? I call it having the "jimmies."
HELP ME!!
LOL

Why don't you ask your Dr. to refer you to a sleep specialist? If they can't figure it out, try a neurologist.
Let me know what happens.

P.S. Try keeping a log of what you do, eat, etc... to see if there might be any environmental or allergic triggers.

I agree....I was having the same prolems as you...felt like I was vibrating ...etc....then as time went on I was not sleeping. Any mu surgeon refered me to a neurologist. Turns out I had neuropathy, and I recieved medication for the sensations in my legs and feet and meds to help me sleep. Please don't put it off, go and get this checked out.
***** I hope that you start feeling better soon.************
