You are a dear friend indeed. I'm here and I'm fine.

My daughter and I went up to Asheville this past week-end. Then we drove down to Hendersonville to meet with some of my father's cousins I had never met before. We had a lovely trip and enjoyed meeting new family. I really enjoyed spending time with my 13 year old daughter Sarah ... I know that some might find that odd, but I find her delightful (well, most of the time ;-).

It was great to meet family I never knew. I'm trying a lot of new things lately.

While in Asheville, I was able to enjoy the trip like a "normal" person. I generally made good choices, but I noticed that I wasn't consumed by my choices or guilt for making bad choices.

I spoke with the folks at Barix Clinics today re: their OnTrack program. I'm excited about that. I'm hoping that it will give me yet another set of tools to add to my arsenal I need to take good care of myself.

Thanks again for asking after me. It's nice to know that I'm missed once in a while.
