Right around the corner,

I went to the see Dr. Moran today and my surgery date is Nov 8^th at 7:30. I am getting excited and scared. I am excited because I will start losing weight but scared because of the surgery.  I’ll go for my pre-op this Thursday and I will have to stop taking my aspirin and anything that has aspirin in it also on Thursday.  Please keep in your prayers and wish me the best.

Congratulations on having a date!  You'll do GREAT!  Your nerves are completely normal.  This is, after all, a serious procedure.  But we tend to forget how we have lived with a tiger by the tail in the form of our obesity and what a threat that posed to our wellbeing.  You are on your way to a new life with a *****cat instead of a tiger!
