Thank you to all who shared their love and support with me during my recent "down" period over my slowed weight loss.  I seem to be coming out of it.  I made some adjustments, increased protein, decreased empty carbs, scheduled a meeting with the trainer at work to begin on Monday with some workouts that will not hurt my foot any further.  AND I have lost a couple of pounds! I think this lag period may have been at least "supported" by my recent return to work on Oct 1.  It was a big increase in stress and certainly a change in my routine.  Does anyone have any information on changes and stress levels and how they affect weight loss?  I seem to recall reading something about that somewhere... Anyway, thanks once AGAIN for all your love and support.  I was really touched by your outpouring.

Sound good to me Suzanne. I did want to tell you that I use my pouch to measure when Bubbles says NO she mean no more and I listen to her. After all our pouches are a tool so that is what I do. Looking forward to our visit tomorrow.                                                   Annie

Shazanne, I'm glad your out of your funk and back on tract. I wouldn't be suprised if Barb will have some information about changes and stress levels and how they effect weight loss. She's a wealth of information.

Congratulations on your continued success hon! As far as stress and change in routine, I always notice less weight loss when I change routines or go back to work. I work 7 days on, then 7 off so I go back to work every other week. Especially in the beginning I wouldn't lose anything at all on my week to work. Now I'm losing on my week to work, but it's usually less than on my week off.  So my personal experiences are that YES stress levels and routine changes can effect your weight loss, however that's nothing to worry about really, it's just your body's way of accomodating your routine changes and eventually things should level out for you. Good luck hon and keep up the great work!
