OMG I think I have to wait until MONDAY.. MONDAY!!

My surgeon will be thrilled that its the insurance I harrass now. I have been driving his office crazy with email (blackberrys are evil!) but he's been great with answering them. His staff - not so much.

If I were him I'd be pissed at the coordinator, who basically ignores me. Why have one if the surgeon is having to do all this junk work??

Good to hear that everything was faxed. Just keep busy and the weekend will fly by. I'd call UHC Monday and verify that they received it. Keep us posted. Reenie
