Saw my nut and he said Im doing great. He weighed me in his office with my clothes on in the middle of the day and I weigh 210 now WOOHOOO thats 26 lbs gone gone gone!!! I put a weight on my scale at home and yep it was weighing heavy. I have no more pain in my side and its nice to eat some real food. I am getting ready to make Jenns pumpkin parfait receipe right now.. I hope everyone has a great day!
